Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role for a Property Manager with Summit West Property Management, LLC located in Boulder, CO. The Property Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of a residential property in Boulder county, handling tenant inquiries and concerns, conducting property inspections, coordinating maintenance and repairs, and managing property budgets.

Qualifications

• Property Management, Leasing, and Tenant Relations skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of landlord-tenant laws and property maintenance
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
• Experience with property management software is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Property Management or related field preferred
