Pastry Chef de Partie - $26.60 per hour – Orlando FL

We are seeking an experienced and creative Pastry Chef de Partie to join the culinary team at this luxury hotel. The ideal candidate will have a passion for innovative pastries, a strong culinary background, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of quality and service!

Pastry Chef requirements:

• Proven experience in pastry preparation within a luxury hotel or fine dining setting
• Expertise in baking, chocolate work, and plated desserts with a keen eye for detail
• Strong organizational skills to manage mise en place and service under pressure
• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and ingredient sourcing
