Patient Services Representative – Arcadia, CA

📍 Location: Arcadia Orthopedics | Cedars-Sinai Medical Network

We are seeking a Patient Services Representative (PSR) to join our team in Arcadia, CA. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative and patient-facing experience who thrives in a fast-paced medical office or call center setting.

Schedule: Day shift | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact for patients both in-person and via phone.
• Greet patients, check them in/out, and assist with concerns or escalations.
• Collect and reconcile co-payments and issue receipts.
• Verify demographics, insurance, and benefits in CS-Link/Epic .
• Schedule appointments, complete patient registration, and manage referrals/authorizations.
• Process patient/provider correspondence and explain clinic policies or procedures.
• Maintain a sanitized and organized workspace per department standards.

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma.
• COVID-19 vaccination (fully vaccinated + boosted).
• 1+ year of recent experience in an outpatient clinic or medical office setting.
• 1+ year of call center experience.
• Knowledge of medical insurance, referral processes, and benefit plans.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2+ years’ experience as a Patient Services Representative.
• Experience with patient check-in process.
• Proficiency in Epic/CS-Link .
