Join Our Team as a Patient Services Representative 1!

As a Patient Services Representative 1 , you will play a vital role in our daily clinic operations, ensuring that every patient feels welcomed and cared for. Your Responsibilities

In this dynamic role, you will:

• Coordinate and participate in daily clinic preparation processes, including:
• Patient identification and check-in/out
• Charge posting and cash management
• Patient appointment scheduling and registration
• Handling phone calls and messages
• Utilize a telephone system to take and deliver messages to physicians, nurses, and other staff.
• Accurately report medical information from patients and referring physicians in a timely manner.
• Manage incoming patient care requests related to referrals and work queue activities.
• Demonstrate proficiency with insurance coverage rules and eligibility.
• Secure prior authorizations as needed, ensuring compliance with mandatory training.

What You Bring

• Education: An Associate's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Skills: General office equipment proficiency and basic computer skills.
• A commitment to professionalism and a positive attitude.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation range for this position is $16.98 - $27.51 per hour . This range reflects our commitment to fair compensation based on experience, qualifications, and other factors. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support our team members and their families.
