Qualifications:
Education: Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) with a specialization in Pediatrics.Licensure: Active New York State Nurse Practitioner license and Board Certification.Experience: At least 1 year of clinical experience is needed; pediatric experience is a plus.Technical Skills: Proficiency in pediatric assessments, diagnosis, and treatment planning; knowledgeable in eClinicalworks EMR.Soft Skills: Strong communication, empathy, and cultural competency; bilingual proficiency in Spanish is required.Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive pediatric care, including assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans.Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to deliver patient-centered care.Educate patients and families on health maintenance, disease prevention, and treatment plans.Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and progress.Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
