Pediatric Phlebotomist

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum one year of experience in pediatric and neonatal blood collection preferred.
• Strong communication and patient care skills.
• Must successfully pass pre-employment health clearance.

Duties:

• Perform venipuncture and heel sticks for pediatric patients.
• Ensure a comfortable and calming experience for young patients.
• Collect and process specimens according to pediatric protocols.
• Accurately enter patient demographics and test orders into the system.
• Maintain sterility, patient confidentiality, and adherence to infection control policies.

Pay: $2,800 - $3,800 per week
