Bay Paws Pet Resort in Tampa, FL is looking for organized individuals to join our strong team. We are located at 1212 N 34th St, Tampa, FL 33605. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, motivated, and engaged.

Responsibilities

• Greet all pet guests and pet parents with enthusiasm
• Ensure all details are accurate and complete for every reservation
• Maintain all client requests for services
• Create positive and long-last relationships with all potential and current clients
• Coordinate schedules, appointments, and calendars
• Answer all phone calls in timely manner
• Learn and understand internal computer system to maintain client profiles
• Maintain an organized filing system
• Enter data into reports as needed
• Assisting with pet care - as needed

Qualifications

• Exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to organize and create orderly systems
• Experienced in computer technology that includes excel, word, dropbox, etc.
