Seven Healthcare is seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist for a home health assignment in Iraan, TX. This position offers $3,150 weekly pay on a 5x8 day shift schedule

*Responsibilities of the Physical Therapist:*
* Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans
* Apply various physical therapy techniques to enhance strength, flexibility, and mobility
* Use specialized equipment and assistive devices as needed
* Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans for best outcomes
* Educate patients and families on exercises and strategies for ongoing improvement
* Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient progress and treatments
* Collaborate with healthcare professionals including physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists to ensure coordinated patient care
* Stay current on advancements in physical therapy techniques and best practices
*Requirements:*
* Active TX Physical Therapist License
* BLS certification
* Minimum of 1 year of home health physical therapy experience
