Our Pediatrics and Family Medicine group consists of three Pediatric physician, one Family Medicine physician and one Nurse Practitioner

Essential Job Functions:Provide comprehensive primary care services to pediatric patients. Perform routine check-ups, physical exams, and health screenings. Diagnose and treat a broad range of acute and chronic illnesses and medical conditions. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including specialists, to ensure holistic, patient-centered care. Engage in preventive health measures, including immunizations, lifestyle counseling, and screening tests. Maintain accurate patient records and comply with healthcare regulations and standards. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and team meetings to enhance patient outcomes.

• Call is "mommy-call" only and weekend routing
• Call is shared among four providers
• Hospital nursery rounding is limited to well newborns only-No NICU rounding.
• Rounding is only at one hospital, which has a level III NICU rounding.
• 4-day clinic work week.
• No weekend or night clinic

Qualifications:Physician Degree from an accredited medical school with completion of residency and fellowship. BC/BE Excellent written and verbal communication skills Demonstrated success in working individually and as part of a team Demonstrated leadership qualities
