Propulsion Controls Engineering has a job opening for an experienced Pipe Welder Journeyman at our Aiea, Hawaii location . PCE is a full service electro-mechanical repair and diesel repair contractor. PCE has garnered a wealth of extensive experience in successfully executing major system overhauls across numerous ports throughout the world on virtually every class of ship currently in operation.

Job Summary:

Welder with advanced knowledge of FCAW, SMAW, GTAW, GMAW and BRAZE and the ability to determine proper weld joint design without Supervision. Basic knowledge of fittings preferred. Performs other related tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements and Experience:

• Must be 18 years of age or older to apply.
• Associates Degree or Technical Certification preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of marine and/or shipyard experience.
