A confidential metal fabrication company located in Coppell, TX is seeking a skilled Press Brake Laser Table Operator to join our production team. This position is responsible for setting up and operating both press brake machines and laser cutting tables to fabricate precision metal components. The ideal candidate has experience in metal forming, blueprint reading, and CNC equipment operation , and thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
\n\n \n Schedule \n\n2nd Shift:
\n\n\t \n\t\tSunday–Wednesday: 3:30 PM – 1:15 AM
\n\t\t\n\t\tThursday: 3:30 PM – 7:30 PM
\n\t\t\n\tOvertime may be required based on production needs
\n\t\n\n\n \n Key Responsibilities \n\nPress Brake Operations
\n\nSet up and operate press brake machines to bend, punch, and form metal parts
\n\t\n\tInterpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work orders
\n\t\n\tAdjust machine settings, tooling, and back gauges to meet precise tolerances
\n\t\n\tInspect finished components for quality and compliance
\n\t\n\tPerform routine maintenance and troubleshoot mechanical issues
\n\t\nLaser Table Operations
\n\nSet up and operate laser cutting tables for metal materials
\n\t\n\tSafely load/unload sheet metal onto cutting tables
\n\t\n\tModify machine settings based on material type and thickness
\n\t\n\tMonitor cut quality and make adjustments as needed
\n\t\n\tConduct basic maintenance and troubleshooting
\n\t\nStrong knowledge of metal fabrication processes and tolerances
\n\t\n\tMechanical aptitude and ability to diagnose machine issues
\n\t\n\tProficient with measuring tools : calipers, micrometers, tape measures
\n\t\n\tForklift experience a plus
\n\t\n\tBasic computer skills ; Excel proficiency a plus
\n\t\n\tAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
\n\t\n\tHigh attention to detail and safety
\n\t\n\n\t\t\t\t
