This hands-on role includes oversight of diverse investment portfolios, management of residential and commercial real estate assets, trust administration, tax optimization strategies, and planning for multi-generational wealth transfer. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in managing sophisticated financial infrastructures for high-net-worth individuals or families. This person will be proactive in identifying financial efficiencies, adept at navigating complex asset structures, and experienced in working closely with legal, accounting, and investment professionals. Job Responsibilities Investment Oversight & Reporting Gather data from various investment accounts and track their performance. Help guide decisions about where to allocate capital and manage liquidity needs. Serve as a point of contact for financial advisors and account custodians. Estate & Tax Planning Work with CPAs and estate attorneys on strategies related to trusts, gifting, and taxes. Keep organized records and ensure compliance across all family-related entities. Cash Flow & Property Support Monitor income and expenses from personal and investment accounts, including multiple properties. Assist with insurance reviews, ownership (titling) matters, and risk management planning. Create clear dashboards that show assets, debts, and financial reserves. Governance & Administrative Support Build and maintain financial dashboards and reporting tools for family decision-making. Create contingency plans, standard operating procedures, and systems for internal communication. Support activities related to charitable giving, including foundations and donor-advised funds, if applicable.
