About the Firm
We are currently working with a San Francisco–based private equity firm that is seeking to add a Due Diligence Associate to its investment team. The firm is known for its operationally focused investment model, and manage capital across multiple strategies, with a strong track record of successful investments across a number of core industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the evaluation of new investments across all industry verticals by managing key workstreams.
- Lead key aspects of financial, legal, tax, and commercial due diligence on prospective investments.
- Partner with investment teams and operating professionals to prepare portfolio companies for [email protected].
- Assist in portfolio performance monitoring and ongoing value creation initiatives post-close.
- Contribute to internal process improvements and knowledge-sharing across deal teams.
Qualifications
- 2–3+ years of experience in financial due diligence, transaction services, or deal advisory at a Big 4 or top-tier accounting or consulting firm.
- Demonstrated experience supporting private equity clients on M&A transactions.
- Strong financial and analytical skills, with excellent attention to detail and project management capabilities.
- Outstanding academic credentials from a top undergraduate institution.
- Self-starter with strong interpersonal skills and a desire to work in a collaborative, high-performance environment.
