Summary:

The Process Engineer will develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and safety while ensuring compliance with regulations. This role involves troubleshooting equipment issues, analyzing process data, leading improvement initiatives, and managing capital projects from concept to completion. The position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, including maintenance and production, to improve workflows and support staff training. The role is part of the leadership team and may require occasional shift coverage, with relocation assistance available.

Job Requirements:

• Develop and improve manufacturing processes to increase efficiency, quality, and safety.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues, analyze data, and lead process improvement initiatives.
• Manage capital projects and ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety standards.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in chemical, mechanical, or related engineering field with 3–5 years of manufacturing experience.
• Strong knowledge of process control systems, instrumentation, and process improvement methods such as Six Sigma or Lean.
• Proficiency in MiniTab, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and intermediate skills in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
