Job Description
Production Lead - Second Shift Allentown, Pennsylvania Monday to Friday (Weekends Excluded)3:15 PM to 12:00 AM $20.50 per hour, with a $0.50 increase following the probationary period. A rapidly expanding GMP Manufacturing facility seeks qualified Production Leads. Qualifications: - Minimum of one year of supervisory experience, managing teams of three or more individuals.
- Minimum of one year of manufacturing experience.
- Proficient mathematical skills (skills assessment required without the use of a calculator).
- Demonstrates a positive and professional attitude.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Possesses strong motivational abilities.
- High School diploma or General Educational Development (GED) certificate required.
Responsibilities of a Production Line Lead: - Supervise a team of four to eight employees.
- Conduct and oversee quality assurance checks.
- Proficient in the use of computer tablets.
- Exhibits excellent communication skills.
- Demonstrates a thorough understanding of pallet patterns.
- Identifies and implements opportunities to optimize workflow efficiency.
- Maintains a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Adheres to all company safety regulations and procedures.
