Job Description

TRC is hiring for a Production Supervisor for a client located in Asheboro, NC!

What You Get:

What You Will Be Doing:

• Lead and support production teams to meet safety, quality, and output goals
• Supervise flexo press operations, ensuring proper setup, operation, and maintenance
• Monitor production performance, analyze results, and communicate updates daily
• Conduct in-process quality checks to ensure products meet specifications
• Partner with Quality and Maintenance to resolve issues and minimize downtime
• Maintain accurate shift documentation and production data
• Train, mentor, and develop operators with a focus on technical capability and SOP compliance
• Enforce safety policies, housekeeping standards, and operational guidelines
• Support continuous improvement efforts and contribute to stronger production processes
• Coordinate shift handoffs, materials, and equipment readiness

What We Need:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training preferred
• 3+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing, with direct team oversight
• Experience with flexographic printing/flexo press operations required
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
• Solid mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot production issues
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in basic computer applications
• Reliable, flexible, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Committed to safe, quality-focused, and team-oriented work

Preferred Qualifications:

• Technical training preferred
• W&H Novoflex experience a plus
