Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Program Manager with strong experience in Jira to lead and manage cross-functional initiatives. This role requires collaboration with development, operations, and product teams to ensure seamless project execution, efficient workflow management, and on-time delivery of innovative connectivity solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- Utilize Jira for project tracking, sprint planning, and reporting to maintain transparency and accountability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Development, Operations, Product) to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
- Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure expectations are clear and deliverables are met.
- Continuously optimize project management processes using agile methodologies.

Job Details Qualifications for this role:
- Experience as a Program Manager or Project Manager in a technology or IoT-focused environment.
- Expertise in Jira for project management, workflow optimization, and reporting.
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies and experience leading agile teams.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to navigate complex projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
Preferred skills:
- Experience in the IoT or connectivity industry is a plus.
- PMP or Agile certification is desirable.
