Airswift is working in partnership with a top player in the energy industry seeking a Project Manager for a permanent role in Houston, TX.

The role is responsible for leading the end-to-end execution of projects, from kick-off through close-out, ensuring alignment with client goals, financial targets, and contractual obligations. Key responsibilities include developing the Project Execution Plan, managing budgets and billing, establishing the project organization structure, and securing qualified resources. The role also oversees all internal and external activities, fosters strong relationships with clients and suppliers, manages contract changes and claims, and ensures compliance with quality, safety, and risk management standards.

REQUIRED PROFILE

Technical skills / Experiences:

• Graduate in Engineering Sciences
• Minimum of 10 years of successful experience as a Project Manager (leader) on EPC Projects with significant experience in O&G (LNG or other liquefied gases)
• Strong Technical agility
• Knowledge of risks (engineering/fabrication/construction) associated with pipelines EPC projects.
• Oil and gas technical standards knowledge, including QHSE specificities.
• Project Management
• Sub-Contractors management
• Team / Organization Management
• Ability to work in the US. No sponsorship will be provided by the company
