Project Manager - Commercial Construction

Job Position: Project Manager

Work Location: Orlando, FL

Salary: $95-120k

As a Project Manager you'll play a pivotal role in our commitment to delivering outstanding results to clients in the commercial construction sector. You'll have the opportunity to manage commercial projects that will contribute to communities for decades to come.

As a project manager you’ll have the opportunity to:

• Provide leadership and foster positive project morale.
• Collaborate with the Bid and Estimating teams before construction commences.
• Work closely with the office team and Assistant Project Manager(s) to provide subcontractor information.
• Manage the development of on-site procedures.
• Develop, refine, and oversee the Project Schedule.
• Plan and review the Construction Program, including quality control procedures, safety measures, field office setup, temporary utilities, staging areas, equipment, and manpower.
• Maintain effective communication with clients.
• Prepare, communicate, and submit legal documents to relevant authorities, such as building departments and inspectors.

• Hold at least 5 years of project management experience in construction, design, engineering, or a related field?
