Johnson Service Group (JSG) is seeking a Project / Program Manager for the Operational Excellence Team at a HealthPlan Organization.
This is a 6 month contract position with potential for extension or conversion to a permanant role.
Monday - Friday 8:00am- 5:00pm PST, Remote position.
Pay rate: $39.00- $50.00 per hour, DOE.

Overview:
We are seeking a temporary Project or Program Manager to support the Operational Excellence team. This role will focus on building infrastructure from the ground up, including standing up core tools and processes, initiative tracking, resource planning, and partnering with the business to drive cross-functional alignment.
Primary Responsibilities:

• Facilitate program planning and design for new and existing initiatives
• Drive cross-functional collaboration to support operational program execution
• Define project scope and help identify resource requirements
• Monitor initiative health and progress through critical tracking tools
• Lead communication and stakeholder engagement efforts

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in project or program management
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders
• High level of analytical and organizational ability
• Self-directed and thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Preferred: Background in Medicare Advantage or readiness for Medicare Open Enrollment
