Property Manager
We’re looking for a hard-working, detail-oriented problem solver who works well alone and is good with people.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Arrange home repairs.
- Meet with our maintenance staff so they can report the work they completed.
- Collect rents and security deposits.
- Accurately maintain resident records.
- Inspect residential and commercial properties.
- Enforce lease and community rules.
- Cheerfully answer phone calls from residents and from rental applicants. Pre-screen them by asking questions.
- Show homes.
- Inspect and photograph homes.
MUST HAVE:
- Hard worker.
- Cheerful, great positive attitude, willing to do whatever is needed.
- Takes direction & criticism well. Just wants to work hard and do a good job.
- Problem solver. Thinks things through and figure out how to solve them.
- Good with Microsoft Word & Excel
- Fast typist (50 wpm minimum. The higher the better).
- Good spelling and grammar
- Organized
- Able to prioritize work
- Attention to detail
- Cheerful on the phone
- Can solve basic computer issues and keep it working right.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
SCHEDULE:
- 9:00am – 6:00pm Monday through Saturday, with Wed or Thu off
- Pay $17.25 per hour
NOTE: The position does NOT include housing. It is an office job, 40 hours per week,
