Job Description
Zumbro Valley Health Center is seeking a *Full-time or Part-time Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner* to join the Outpatient Psychiatry team. As a Nurse Practitioner you will work within a multidisciplinary, collaborative care team to provide high quality, innovative care to achieve better outcomes for clients. We have comprehensive wrap around services for your clients including care coordination, case management, individual and group psychotherapies, rehabilitative services, substance use programming, residential treatment, and detoxification services.
*Responsibilities*
* Provide outpatient psychiatric evaluations and medication management services.
* Assess, diagnose, and treat adults, adolescents and children experiencing symptoms of a behavioral health disorder.
* Prescribe psychotropic medications. Conduct regular assessments of therapeutic responses and side effects and provide education to clients.
* Order, perform, and interpret lab tests and other diagnostic studies as indicated.
* Collaborate with internal and external treatment team members, the client, and natural supports to provide coordinated, high-quality care.
* Maintain a client-centered, strengths-based approach when treating and/or consulting on a client case.
* Participate in psychiatric consultation with the psychiatric medical director as scheduled.
*Requirements and Qualifications*
* Masters Degree from an accredited School of Nursing and Nurse Practitioner program. Strongly prefer PMHNP-BC
* Current, active, unrestricted Registered Nurse and APRN license in MN.
* Valid DEA number and unrestricted DEA license.
* Experience working with adults with a serious and persistent mental illness required.

Pay: Starting at $50.96 - $66.70 per hour. Compensation is based on years of experience.
