Job Description

We are a rapidly expanding promotional marketing and outreach agency partnering with nonprofits, charitable organizations, and cause-driven brands to amplify awareness and inspire community support through live events and grassroots campaigns.

We’re excited to hire Entry-Level Public Relations & Communications Assistants to support impactful initiatives and help tell powerful stories through in-person outreach and public engagement.

What You’ll Do

  • Assist in executing PR and marketing campaigns that raise nonprofit awareness

  • Plan, coordinate, and operate live events, community activations, and outreach programs

  • Represent nonprofit partners at public events, engaging authentically with supporters

  • Set up branded displays, signage, and promotional materials to enhance event presence

  • Track event data and community engagement to inform campaign reporting and strategy

  • Maintain strong relationships with vendors, venues, and community partners

  • Collaborate with marketing leads to optimize campaign performance and outreach efforts

  • Research and recommend new outreach opportunities and partnership prospects

  • Excellent verbal and written communicators

  • Detail-oriented, organized, and dependable

  • Energetic, adaptable, and comfortable engaging in face-to-face public settings

  • Passionate about nonprofit causes, storytelling, and community engagement

  • Collaborative team players who thrive in supportive environments

  • 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.

  • Hold a high school diploma or GED (college coursework is a plus)
