h5 Job Description Title: Quality Assurance Specialist - Japanese Bilingual Location: Irvine, CA Salary: $67k~100k (DOE) Hours: 8am-5pm A Japanese medical device parts import company is looking for a Japanese bilingual Quality Assurance Specialist in Irvine, CA. If you are a bilingual in Japanese/English, looking to grow within the company for a long-term, or you have a clear vision to build career with the small start-up Medical Equipment Manufacturing company, we would like to speak with you! Main Responsibilities: - Answer and handle client's feedback and inspect the issues to fix or solve them
- Review quality issues of the products
- Participate in the meetings with factories in Japan and other staff to improve the quality of service and products.
- Communicate with clients and vendors in order to bring good reputation
- Make and update reports of the actives on the quality assurance.
- Other duties will be assigned by management
Requirements: - Japanese and English Language skills are required
- Experience and understand ISO and FDA regulations preferred.
- Must be detail oriented and self motivated
