Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP), based in Houston, TX, with the flexibility of some work-from-home opportunities. The QMHP will provide mental health support, including case management and crisis intervention. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, implementing treatment plans, coordinating care, and offering therapeutic interventions to individuals with diverse mental health needs. Collaboration with clients, families, and other professionals to achieve positive recovery outcomes is a key aspect of this role.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Mental Health Care and Crisis Intervention, including the ability to provide immediate support and manage challenging situations.
  • Strong background in Psychology and Mental Health, with knowledge of best practices and evidence-based therapeutic approaches.
  • Experience in Case Management to ensure seamless coordination of support services and care plans.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
  • Bachelors or Master's degree in a related field such as Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling.
  • Interns welcome to apply.
  • Relevant licensure or certification in mental health work (e.g., LPC, LMSW, or similar) desired bur not required.
  • Compassionate, adaptable, and dedicated to making a positive impact in the community.
