Overview :

Seeking a seasoned Quality Manager to lead quality systems, continuous improvement efforts, and ensure regulatory compliance in a manufacturing environment—ideally with foundry and metal casting experience.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and train quality team members
• Oversee product testing and specification compliance
• Implement and manage quality programs and audits
• Resolve customer quality issues in collaboration with Sales/CS teams
• Maintain calibration and inspection records
• Support ISO 9001/AS9100 and other quality standards
• Generate quality reports and drive continuous improvement initiatives

Must have:

• Metal Foundry or Metal Castings Manufacturing.
• Previous management experience. Would consider a supervisor candidate if they present themselves well and have 5+ years with the title.
• 10+ Yrs in Quality.
• ISO 9001 & AS9100C Exp.

Nice to have:

• Operational excellence experience.
• Aerospace experience.
• DoD / Military Contract exp.
