What We’re Looking For
- Minimum of five years of experience in quality management, preferably within aerospace, defense, or high-precision manufacturing.
- Proven ability to build, implement, and scale a QMS in a regulated industry.
- Strong auditing skills and expertise in AS9100, MIL-SPEC, and ISO quality standards.
- Experience leading strategic planning initiatives and aligning quality processes with business objectives.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to mentor, develop, and inspire a quality team.
- A proactive mindset with strong problem-solving, analytical, and continuous improvement expertise.
- Proficiency in computer skills, including MS Excel, Power BI, and other data analysis tools, to monitor quality metrics, generate reports, and drive data-driven decision-making.
