Are you a strategic and results-driven Quality Leader ready to build, scale, and optimize a robust Quality Management System (QMS)? We are seeking a Quality Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, high-precision manufacturing environment, ensuring compliance with AS-9100 and MIL-SPEC standards while driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven ability to build, implement, and scale a QMS in a regulated industry.
  • Strong auditing skills and expertise in AS9100, MIL-SPEC, and ISO quality standards.
  • Experience leading strategic planning initiatives and aligning quality processes with business objectives.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to mentor, develop, and inspire a quality team.
  • A proactive mindset with strong problem-solving, analytical, and continuous improvement expertise.
  • Proficiency in computer skills, including MS Excel, Power BI, and other data analysis tools, to monitor quality metrics, generate reports, and drive data-driven decision-making.
