We are seeking an experienced Quarry Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our quarry in Bayside, NB. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management and experience in a quarry setting. This role requires a hands-on leader who can optimize production, manage labour, and ensure safety compliance.

We are a quarry producing 1,000,000+ tonnes of aggregates per year and shipping majority of those materials to our customers via ship through the Port of Bayside.

Key Responsibilities:

• Working with existing personnel to oversee and monitor the performance of the crushing spreads to ensure optimal production.
• Organize and manage labour resources efficiently.
• Review and analyze production data to improve output and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
• Work closely with maintenance teams to minimize downtime.
• Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and safety.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Required: Proven experience as an Operations Manager, preferably in an industrial or mining environment.
• Asset: Previous experience working in a quarry.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
