Job Description:

We’re hiring a motivated, skilled Real Estate Listing Agent to join our prestigious team. As part of The Levi Rodgers Group, you'll collaborate with industry-leading professionals and gain exclusive access to high-quality Zillow seller leads through our direct partnership with Zillow.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage Seller Leads: Effectively use exclusive Zillow seller leads provided directly from Zillow to drive sales and build lasting relationships.
2. Property Evaluations: Perform thorough property assessments, create precise pricing strategies, and develop detailed market analysis reports.
3. Listing Management: Manage property preparation, staging, and marketing to ensure listings meet our exceptional standards.
4. Client Service: Provide excellent service and guidance to sellers from the initial consultation through closing.
5. Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure a seamless client experience.
6. Continuous Learning: Keep up-to-date on market trends, regulations, and opportunities in the Texas real estate market.

Qualifications:

1. Valid Texas Real Estate License
2. Strong understanding of the Texas real estate market
3. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
4. Self-motivated with a focus on goals
5. Proficiency in technology and real estate tools/software

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $48,226.91 - $196,492.21 per year
