Real Estate Attorney
Transactional Real Estate Attorney
Location: Seattle, WA (Hybrid/Remote flexibility)
Salary: $180,000 - $200,000
Billable Requirement: 1,600 hours annually
A premier real estate law firm with a longstanding reputation for excellence is seeking a talented and driven Transactional Real Estate Attorney to join its dynamic team.
This is a rare opportunity to work alongside some of the most respected attorneys in the field, advising clients on complex and high-value transactions across the Pacific Northwest and beyond.
What You'll Do:
- Represent clients in a wide range of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing, and development.
- Draft and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, leases, loan documents, and other transactional instruments.
- Provide strategic counsel to developers, investors, lenders, and property owners.
- Collaborate with a collegial team of attorneys who are passionate about real estate law and client service.
What We're Looking For:
- 4+ years of experience in commercial real estate transactions.
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and client relationship abilities.
- Admission to the Washington State Bar (or ability to waive in).
