JOB DESCRIPTION:

Our client is seeking a Mid- to Senior-Level Real Estate Finance Associate with 3+ years of experience.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

Experience in a combination of several of the following areas is a must:

• Joint ventures.
• Commercial financing.
• Private placements/capital raises.
• Taxation and tax structuring.
• Leases.
• Easements.
• Construction.
• Property management agreements.
• Land use or development.

Enthusiasm for and experience in a combination of state and federal tax credits and incentives (e.g., opportunity zones, new markets tax credits, historic tax credits, tax increment financing, PACE and/or payments in lieu of taxes structures) is a plus.
