This boutique law firm specializing in Commercial Real Estate located near SquareOne Mall is looking to hire a junior Law Clerk to join their team. The firm has been practicing for over 30 years and operates in a hybrid capacity.

Described often as collegial, fast-faced and a destination for commercial real estate projects and developers, this law firm offers the commercial transactions that will keep you challenged while also providing the remote working flexibility so many working professionals have come to enjoy.

Your New Job:

As a Commercial Law Clerk you would be working in a 1:1 share, supporting a 5th year Associate as they complete condo purchases, easements, rights of way, as well as providing additional clerking duties as required.

The Partners are pleased to offer a hybrid remote working environment, with 3 days on site per week as well as on-site parking.

What you need to succeed:

• Minimum 3 Years of Real Estate experience
• Experience handling transactions from beginning to end for one
• Securing Documents and loans
• Team approach to your work
