Job Title: Senior Real Estate Development Project Manager
Reports To: VP
Direct Reports: 1-2
Office Location: Los Angeles, CA | Hybrid - 1 remote day/week
Salary Range: $160,000 to $210,000 based on experience + 15% annual target bonus

LHH Recruitment Solutions (Los Angeles)is partnering with a real estate development company in Los Angeles, CA to hire a Senior Real Estate Development Project Manager .
Description:
Coordinate, implement, and manage activities related to affordable housing development throughout Texas
Assist with the acquisition of land, conduct feasibility analysis, obtain entitlements, prepare proformas and applications to obtain all necessary project financing
Coordinate with a team of design and engineering professionals to obtain all required permits to start construction.
Manage a team of project managers.
Qualifications:
Experience in taking projects from acquisition, through financing, construction completion and into operations
Experience in new construction Section 42 housing in the State of Texas or 4% Bond transactions a plus
Bachelor’s Degree with a concentration in Real Estate, Finance, or Business; Master's degree in real estate or city planning
5 to 10 years of experience in real estate development and 3 years in affordable housing development project management
Responsibility for project success begins with Land Acquisition sign off and extends through the receipt of 8609
