Anthony Latina Real Estate Agent is looking for an administrative assistant starting February 1, 2025.

Ideally, the job applicant has an active Ohio real estate license, and three years experience as an administrative assistant/transaction coordinator.

This position is full-time and hourly with a chance to get overtime. The average work day starts at 9 AM. Most work weeks are between 40 and 45 hours.

We offer a benefits package of one week paid vacation after a year, two weeks paid vacation after two years, and after six months six holidays paid throughout the year. We also offer health insurance after 90 days.

Work is from our office initially, and after training, we can arrange to work from home part of the time.

Our office runs with Apple computers and proficiency is a must. Skills needed are Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Drive, DotLoop, DocuSign, and MLS.

Attributes we are looking for: Client relations, problem-solving skills, organization, attention to details, multitasking, and being a self starter. It’s important to be able to read the room and act accordingly.

Pay is determined based on skills and experience. Having a real estate license is a plus, but not required.
