Receptionist

Greet and assist visitors with a professional and welcoming demeanor.

Answer and direct phone calls, ensuring accurate message delivery.

Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including courier services.

Maintain the reception area, ensuring a clean and organized environment.

Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.

Schedule appointments and coordinate meeting room bookings.

Handle basic data entry and record-keeping tasks.

Assist with other tasks as assigned to support the team.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Receptionist should have:

• Completed Bachelors is preferred, not required.
• A positive attitude and strong communication skills.
• Proficiency in using office equipment and computer applications.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative support role within the financial services industry is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Must be immediately available & be located in the Greater Greenwich area.
