Atlas Professionals is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented individual to join our US team as a Recruiter. Atlas Professionals is a leading global recruitment company based in the Netherlands and has been in business for over 40 years. We focus on recruiting for clients in the offshore wind, renewables, and marine spaces - previous exposure to those industries is welcome but not required. Our team works out of our downtown Boston office on a hybrid schedule where we work remotely on Fridays. This position's key responsibilities include sourcing candidates, managing recruitment pipelines, utilizing our ATS and various job sites like LinkedIn, screening applicants and conducting initial phone screens, and managing interviews.
