Job Description

CMRG is seeking a talented and driven Full-Time Contract Recruiter to oversee a key client contract in the tech industry. In this role, you will act as a strategic talent acquisition partner, driving end-to-end recruitment efforts to attract top-tier candidates for various technical roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, and assisting with scheduling client interviews.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with the client’s hiring managers to understand staffing needs and deliver customized hiring strategies.
  • Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to identify high-quality talent through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
  • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience through clear communication and a streamlined hiring process.
  • Maintain accurate records in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and provide regular progress updates to the client and CMRG leadership.
  • Stay informed about trends and developments in the tech industry to align recruiting efforts with market demands.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in recruiting, preferably within the tech industry or for technical roles.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple open positions and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a client-focused mindset.
  • Proficiency in utilizing ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools.
  • Ability to work independently while aligning with the goals and values of both CMRG and the client.
