Job Responsibilities :

• Source and recruit top talent for various roles – cold calling, messaging, texting, emailing, etc.
• Generate leads & referrals from daily conversations
• Manage talent pipeline within ATS/CRM systems
• Manage requisition load in a remote capacity
• Network & engage with candidates from various backgrounds
• Work in a high-paced, sometimes stressful environment
• Overcome daily obstacles
• Improve recruitment skills daily
• Other projects as assigned

• 0-2 years of recruiting/talent acquisition experience - agency/staffing firm experience welcome!
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Strong verbal & written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Grinder/hunter mentality - Self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit
• Willing to learn and develop in this industry
• SD local - points if you're from North County
• Comfortable with commission-based work model
