OneSparQ is looking for a Recruiter for a manufacturing company. This position is located onsite in Hiram, OH.
Required Skills:
- 5+ years of in-house and agency recruiting experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, etc.)
- Experience recruiting within the manufacturing industry
Additional: (not required)
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience with payroll processes or HR administration
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to assess talent requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Source, screen, and interview candidates to ensure alignment with job requirements and company culture
- Schedule and conduct interviews, providing guidance and support throughout the selection process
- Utilize various recruiting platforms and technologies to attract top talent and improve hiring efficiency
- Prepare and extend offer letters, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards
- Stay informed of industry trends and best practices to enhance the recruitment process
