Requirements:
- Experience as an agency producer leading a team of recruiters or business developers (Trained, Mentored, Proven Success).
- Confidence in your ability to adapt to a particularly high-caliber industry
- Target-driven and self-motivated with an innate resilience
- Strong Business Developing skills and Recruiting Skills
- Ability to sell and persuade
