Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Supervise property managers and maintenance teams
• Manage budgets, oversee rent collection, minimize vacancies, and ensure financial targets are achieved.
• Ensure adherence to LIHTC, Section 8, and other affordable housing regulations, including timely tenant recertifications.
• Oversee property upkeep, vendor management, and resident repair requests.
• Foster positive tenant relationships, addressing concerns and implementing community engagement initiatives.
• Monitor performance metrics, conduct property visits, and collaborate with stakeholders to optimize operations.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in multi-site property management, particularly in affordable housing.
• Strong knowledge of LIHTC, Section 8, and compliance requirements (LIHTC certification required).
• Proficiency in financial budgeting, facilities management, and regulatory interpretation.
