Job Description
Seeking a Clinical Team Leader for Hospice in New River Valley to serve as a clinical resource, mentor, and role model.
- Responsible for leading staff, resolving routine issues, and fostering a positive, productive, and fiscally responsible team.
- Implements organizational initiatives, maintains clinical competencies, and provides patient care across all ages.
- Assesses, plans, and evaluates patient care to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Collaborates with management on staffing, workflow, and fiscal oversight, including resource and expense management.
- Ensures regulatory compliance, reviews documentation, and participates in quality improvement activities.
- Facilitates communication through team meetings and coaching, promoting a positive work environment.
- Requires RN licensure, 5+ years clinical experience, leadership skills, and valid driver's license.
- Maintains BLS certification and completes ongoing education.
