Position: Full-Time
Schedule: Friday, Saturday, Sunday --- 8 AM - 8 PM
Starting Hourly Pay: $38.00 - $40.00 a/hr. Pay is commensurate with experience. Sign-on Bonus: $1,000 At

Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our dedicated team and support children and adolescents on their journey toward wellness.
What You'll Be Doing: - Provide direct care and nursing assessments to youth in our residential program.
- Collaborate with families, providers, and a multi-disciplinary treatment team .
- Administer medications, manage health records, and support trauma-informed care.
- Promote a safe, healing environment focused on reducing restraints and enhancing well-being.
- Step in with calm and confidence during emergencies.

What We're Looking For: - Active Iowa RN license with pediatric or psychiatric experience preferred.
- A heart for children and a passion for trauma-informed care .
- Strong communication skills and comfort with EHR and medication administration.
- Willingness to be on-call and participate in a rotating holiday schedule.
Criminal, Abuse Registry and Motor Vehicle Record checks required.
