Your primary responsibilities will involve floating between the Emergency Room (ER), Main Registration, and Lab Registration areas. The key tasks include registering patients, managing a busy switchboard, and ensuring effective emergency communication within the hospital environment. As you perform these duties, you will verify patient insurance eligibility, collect and update demographic information, and accurately attach patient registrations to their electronic medical records. The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma or equivalent (GED) and demonstrate exceptional customer service abilities, alongside strong computer skills.
