Responsibilities
- Responsibilities of Remote Outbound Call Center Agents
- Answer incoming calls, emails, and chat messages from customers regarding flight inquiries, booking assistance, schedule changes, and travel-related issues.
- Assist customers in making flight reservations, modifying existing bookings, and processing cancellations or refunds using airline reservation systems.
- Secure financial gifts from donors and prospective donors on behalf of our clients
- Maintain minimum fundraising and productivity metrics
- Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns professionally and efficiently.
- Troubleshoot issues related to booking systems, payment processing, or travel policies, escalating complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Maintain a dedicated, quiet workspace and reliable high-speed internet to ensure seamless communication.
- Adhere to scheduled work hours and performance metrics, ensuring a high standard of customer service.

Sacramento McClellan Airline is looking to hire full time Remote Outbound Call Center Agents.
Sacramento McClellan Airport (KMCC) is a privately-owned, public-use general aviation airfield in Northern California. McClellan is located in Sacramento County, ten miles NE of Downtown Sacramento. Once the site of McClellan Air Force Base, the airport is part of one of the largest economic development and infill reuse projects in Northern California: McClellan Business Park.
