Clearly explain pharmacy benefit plans, helping members understand their coverage and available options. Provide solutions to simplify members’ healthcare experience with professionalism and empathy. Manage multiple call types and clients, adapting to business needs in a fast-changing environment. Demonstrate strong customer service skills through courteous phone etiquette and clear communication. Requirements: High School Diploma/GED required. 1+ year of experience in customer service (call center, retail, hospitality, military, or related). Proficiency using Windows-based computer applications. Ability to provide patient, empathetic, and confident support to customers. Reliable attendance and adherence to scheduling standards. Preferred Qualifications: Associate’s degree or equivalent experience. 6+ months of healthcare or pharmacy-related experience.
