Job Summary:
We are looking for driven, independent sales professionals to join our remote outbound sales team . As a Work-from-Home Sales Agent, you’ll contact small and medium businesses to promote internet and telecom services from major carriers such as AT&T and Spectrum.
This is a commission-only position, with the potential to earn up to $200 per installed account . You’ll be responsible for prospecting leads, closing deals, and meeting performance targets. Commissions are paid only when services are successfully installed , not upon sale.

Your Responsibilities:
- Make outbound B2B cold calls to offer business internet and telecom services.
- Qualify leads through engaging conversations and determine customer needs.
- Present and promote company products or services to prospective clients.
- Set appointments or schedule product demos for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions with leads and track progress in CRM software.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries to convert them into sales.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve outreach strategies and tactics.

- Join daily team video meetings (mandatory).
- If using our system (RingCentral), meet daily KPIs: 350 calls per day, or 1 sale per day
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in outbound sales, telesales, or cold calling.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Goal-oriented with a drive to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and hit targets without supervision.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools.

You must have a reliable computer that meets the following minimum specifications:
- Operating System: Windows 10 or higher / macOS 10.15 or higher
- Processor: Intel Core i5 (2.6 GHz) or higher / AMD equivalent
- RAM: Minimum 4GB (8GB or higher recommended)
- Storage: At least 50GB free space (Solid State Drive recommended for performance)
- Webcam & Microphone: Required for video calls and sales meetings
- Headset: Noise-canceling headset with a built-in microphone for clear communication
2. Internet Requirements
Your internet connection must be fast and stable to handle sales calls and data access:
- Minimum Speed: 5 Mbps upload & 10 Mbps download (higher is recommended)
- Connection Type: wired connection only – no wireless (Ethernet cable)
- Backup Internet Option: Mobile hotspot or secondary Wi-Fi recommended for emergencies
3. Tools You’ll Use
You will need the following for daily operations:
- Email Account: Must have a Gmail account
- Messaging App: Google Chat for team communication
- Sales Tracking: Google Sheets will be used to track sales; no CRM access will be provided.
- Dialer Software: RingCentral (access provided after completing all training)
4. Work Environment
To maintain professionalism, ensure your work environment meets these standards:
- Quiet Workspace: Free from background noise and distractions
- Proper Lighting: Well-lit space for video calls and meetings
- Professional Background: Neutral or work-appropriate background for calls
