Job Title: Program Manager

Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Manager to join our team and work on a critical program supporting our Federal client. This role requires a seasoned professional with a proven track record in program management, a deep understanding of federal regulations, and the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale federal programs and projects.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the client, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
- Develop and manage program budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful delivery.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including subject matter experts, technical specialists, and support staff, to meet project goals.
- Identify program risks and proactively develop and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with all federal regulations, policies, and contractual obligations.
- Prepare and deliver regular program updates, reports, and presentations to senior leadership and client representatives.
- Oversee contract management, including scope, deliverables, and timelines, ensuring the program is in line with contract terms and conditions.
- Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture that encourages innovation and excellence.
Qualifications:
- Experience managing complex federal contracts, projects & programs along with knowledge of government procurement processes and regulations.
- Strong understanding of agencies' operational structures, policies, and compliance requirements.
- Proven ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams and deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent is a plus.
Desired Skills:
- Familiarity with Agile and/or Waterfall project management methodologies.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with clients, team members, and other stakeholders.
