Restaurant General Manager Requirements & Qualifications:

• Local resident
• 5+ years of experience in restaurant General Manager leadership
• Experience managing full-service and casual dining concepts
• Knowledge of liquor, beer and wine programs
• Full knowledge of P&L, budgets, forecasts and cost control
• Excellent integrity and character
• Professional demeanor with excellent leadership capabilities
• Servant and hands-on leadership style

Restaurant General Manager Preferred Background & Skills:

• No more than 3 jobs in the last 10 years
