Position Summary:
Revenue Cycle Analyst position (RCA) is essential in helping Access maximize its net patient revenue while being attentive to the organizations mission of improving health and improving lives. This position serves as a resource to address patient questions and complaints regarding billing matters and supports the review process for Access’s sliding fee discount program. The RCA serves as a resource for Epic registration and professional billing software applications and provides assistance to finance and clinical teams. This position works under the direction of the Senior Revenue Cycle Analyst (SRCA). This position works with the Senior Revenue Cycle Analyst and resolve system issues by seeking appropriate input and engagement from Access leadership and UW Health point of contact. The RCA supports front-end revenue cycle by supporting the SRCA and communicating internally as needed to complete assigned work. The RCA maintains relevant knowledge of government programs and private insurance and maximize Access’ revenue potential. This position can adapt its revenue cycle knowledge and apply it to a primary care service environment that includes behavioral health, dental and medical.
